We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are available under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories
  • Items showing wear, damage, or use are not eligible

Non-returnable items include:
Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics/skincare, personalized items, clearance items.

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
    (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Your order does not arrive within 14 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item received is incorrect or defective, Rosansstore.com will cover replacement costs

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing or shipping begins, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered at this time.
Instead, you may return an eligible item and place a new order.
