This is going to serve the purpose i want well as a broth skimmer.light duty. Nice fine mesh. If you need a long handle this one is not long but is not too short. It survived the shipping in a plastic bag but with 2 dents in handle so realize the shipping cost and what may happen along the way.

As others mentioned, the mesh isn’t dished at all, but it is fine and even. The handle is flimsy since it’s thin and flat, but assembly was higher quality than expected. Couldn’t ask for more for the price
