For some reason like many here, I thought to have something electric term on the carpet. But there isn’t. It’s just a nice touch piece of fabric for the animal not to be in direct contact with a cold surface. Nothing else.

I can’t understand how it heats up. My cat sat on it for 1/2 hour and it was not warm. I sat on it for 15 minutes, not warm at all. Nothing to turn on or charge up, so how does it warm up?
