So far my cats like it. The piece that slides on to hold the food did arrive a little outta shape due to it being sort of a thicker plastic but it still was easy to assemble. Haven’t tried food in it yet but the water side works great.

It’s fine, but the feeder door doesn’t allow the food to drop properly, so you risk that if you leave all day, you won’t know if they’ll eat or not.
